Pegasus Textiles Shipping Policy
At Pegasus Textiles, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand our shipping process, rates, and estimated delivery times.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. If we encounter any issues with your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
- Orders placed From Monday to Friday before 1pm will be dispatched the same day, when stock is available.
- Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched following day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
- Orders placed on Fridays after 1pm and ALL orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on the following business day.
- Saturday deliveries are available on request and subject to additional charges.
- Following business day excludes official and bank holidays.
- No dispatch will be completed during official and bank holidays.
Shipping Rates and Methods
We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order's weight, dimensions, and destination.
Our shipping methods include:
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 Business Days £4.50
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days £5.95
- Guaranteed Next Day Shipping £10.50
- Free Shipping for orders over £100 ex VAT
- Orders despatched to Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands use a 2 day service and will be charged £15.95 with an additional £0.25 per product ordered.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed, as shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link or by visiting the carrier's website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Pegasus Textiles is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@pegasusuk.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
If your package is lost, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier to locate your package. In case the carrier is unable to locate the package, we will work with you to find a solution.
