- Any form of workplace harassment or discrimination.
- Concerns regarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company information.
Protection and Support for Whistle-blowers
Pegasus Textiles is committed to protecting whistle-blowers from retaliation, discrimination, harassment, or victimisation for reporting concerns in good faith. The identity of the whistle-blower will be kept confidential to the extent possible, recognizing legal obligations to investigate reported matters.
Investigation Process
All reports received will be taken seriously and investigated promptly and thoroughly by Pegasus Textiles. Actions will be taken to address and resolve substantiated concerns. The results of the investigation and any corrective actions implemented will be documented and stored securely.
